Fused cast beta alumina blocks is produced by melting and casting high purity alumina in electric furnace 
at 2000C. Beta corundum is made of 100% beta alumina, has strong spalling resistance, especially to 
strong alkaline stream resistance. This product does not contain impurities that may contaminate melting 
glass. Best be used on the top of the structure where less scattered glass material.

Typical chemical composition:

AL2O3 no less than 93%

SiO2 no more than 0.5%

Na2O 5.5-6.5%

Fe2O3 trace

TiO2 trace
